The site is located next to both the A38 dual carriageway and the Bristol Road which are the main radial routes south. The scheme builds on the success of previous phases, which include a 61,000 sq.ft. Tesco superstore which has increased its sales area since opening, also a Beef Steak Pub & Wacky Warehouse.

The scheme consists of approximately 52,000 sq.ft. (4,830 sq.m.) which comprises:-

• Retail units let to Matalan and Brantano (Shoe City), Choices Video, William Hill & The Property Centre, Domino's Pizza, HSBC Bank and Pets Mate
• Aldi food store

The Development - Phase 6

A new Retail Warehouse of approximately 8,350 sq.ft. (756 sq.m.) is being constructed on a design and build basis for Next plc.

The scheme has planning consent for open A1 (non food) use and includes consent for a Mezzanine floor storage area of 4,150 sq.ft. (386 sq.m.)
